I have been playing through my backlog of casual PC games (match-3 games, hidden object games, point&click adventures), and wanted to highlight a few of them for special merit. I would highly recommend all of the following: 1. 10,000,000 - simple, yet challenging, match-3 game with an interesting slide mechanic, the ability to upgrade gear and abilities, and zero penalties for failure. 2. Abyss: Wraiths of Eden - The best hidden object game I have played yet. It has a solid plot, an immersive horror atmosphere, and well-thought out puzzles, mini-games, and adventure elements. 3. Botanicula - innovative point&click adventure with a gorgeous art style, a unique and creative theme, endearing music and sound effects, and clever puzzles.
