I have been prescribed Ambien and Lunesta and I will say looking back some of the side effects is experienced were super scary. 4 years ago I took one, didnt fall asleep so took another. I ended up repiercing my nose and had a convo with my RA( Stephanie Hawley Edgar) I didnt remember. Most recently in the beginning of the year I was on it again and would have horrible hallucinations. Would hear voices and thought people were in my room. I would send texts and not know I had an entire convo until I saw them later. I have had sleeping problems my entire life. I didnt sleep through the night til I was 11. The last 6 months I havent had much of any trouble thankfully and dont take anything except the occasional Benadryl. Seriously people, stay away from these sleeping pills at all costs!! Not worth it!
