I have been researching New Atheism for a class of mine. Part of what I have been looking at is an organization called, Sunday Assemblies. I find this fascinating. There is a lot in this movement that is commendable. As we are living in secularized societies in the west, it is interesting that this group has sprung up. In this movement we seethe actualization of a new theology. The movement has moved beyond simply negating religion to trying to find a posit how life looks without religion. I think at the end of the day their understanding of religion and how it functions seems a caricature at best.
