I have been saying this all along. If just half of the money given to the big banks would have been given to the taxpayers with the stipulation that all bills be paid the money would have kept our local banks open, our little ma and pa stores open, etc. No it was used to bail out the banks and now Lisa Madigan says the banks can never repay us for all the damage they did.
