I have been saying this for years. Drinking milk that you buy in the store has no benefits and is actually probably bad for you. It’s just a lot of propaganda so the dairy association can sell more milk. I don’t think humans were meant to drink milk beyond their mother’s breast. Think about it…. a cow’s milk is for a cow’s baby. Pretty obvious…duh. I mean who thought of the idea to start milking the udders from a cow and start drinking it’s milk? (all of this opinion, of course :)
