I have been seeing the sliced potato recipe EVERYWHERE the last few days, so, figured why not? They may not have turned out as Purdy as some Ive seen, but the taste was awesome! I used some slice onions, melted butter, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cooked about 45 minutes covered in my #7 BSR Century, then pulled the lids and added the shredded parmesan. Back into the oven while I made a ham & cheese omelet for two on my big BSR griddle. When the omelet was done, the potatoes were nicely brown, so supper was done! Had to make a smaller pan with no onions for that weird, dont-like-onions brother of mine in #5 BSR Red Mountain!
