I have been somewhat private about this, just seems odd to put such personal stuff on facebook....but I am sharing now. I lost my oldest brother yesterday....we are still somewhat reeling from the past week and a half when he became ill...but I will tell you, he did this with such class and even humor. Since my father, there has not been another gentle giant like Ray....he co-wrote his obituary...he insisted it have humor, that it describe him, that it not list a long lengthy list of survivors as he held so so many people close. He will be missed terribly. I never ever thought an obituary would crack me up but it did...it made me smile...and thats what he wanted....for people to smile and be happy.
