I have been taking a specific shake in the morning and post workout for 2+ years, about seven weeks ago I stopped taking the shake for some self education, just ate whole foods, and through that time I definitely noticed slower recovery times, increased muscle fatigue, slower results, and a hard time hitting my protein intake numbers. Well I have been back on the shake for one week now and have been able to work out more often due to less recovery time, and the way that my body is reacting to these workouts with the protein shake versus without it is night and day! I can work out more!! And if you know me, that makes me SUPER EXCITED!!!! 😁😁😁 I also started doing a table spoon of honey before and after each workout!
