I have been tasked with identifying 10 things about myself. I got carried away and listed 12. 1. I have never had a beard or mustache and would look silly trying to grow either one. 2. I wont eat anything with mushrooms in it. 3. I dont own a pair of blue jeans and havent worn blue jeans since about 1992. 4. Like many Coloradoans, I wear shorts even when there is snow on the ground. I wear them down to about 30 degrees. I usually dont wear pants until its in the 20s, or unless someone makes me. 5. I have worked as a car salesman, and a car mechanic. I have also worked as a simulated patient and a spy. 6. I have visited every state in the USA, and Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. 7. I have been to every national park in the USA, except for the most remote ones in Alaska and the South Pacific. 8. My surname is Portuguese, not Italian, and it is correctly pronounced piss-TAN-uh, not pissed-ON-uh. 9. I have secrets that Ill never tell. 10. I am the worlds harshest movie critic, and I have never seen many popular films, including Titanic, Jurassic Park, ET, etc etc etc etc. It always strikes me as odd when someone says: Have you seen such and such movie YET? As if I had plans or a responsibility to do so. 11. I have never owned a TV, and so I have never seen a complete episode of many popular TV shows, including Seinfeld, Cheers, Friends, etc etc etc etc. 12. I havent worn a tie since about 1992.
