I have been the offender. I have been the offended. I have been forgiven. I have forgiven. Forgiving is not always easy and being forgiven is never deserving. It is an act of free grace and mercy. In offending others (some severely) I have offended God. He calls that sin, deserving of nothing less than His just and eternal wrath.
