I have been the sickest i can ever remember being, for over a week, and im not getting better. I would like peoples health advice, i dont have a doctor or healthcare or even a clinic to go to. When it first started, my whole body hurt, painful aching. Then i got all hot and sweaty, and heavily congested with endless phlegm. I was very weak and could barely get out of bed. After a few days the hotness and body aches were less, but i started having headaches, even my eyes hurt, and getting dizzy. I am still very weak and have mostly been bed ridden. I have a small appetite. I have been taking airbornes, and a lemon ginger cayenne maple syrup drink, and raw garlic. It feels almost like a hangover that never goes away. I feel like im on a bad drug or something, it is awful
