I have been thinking about what I would say to bring my dear friends some comfort or peace during the tragic loss of their 4 year old son this past weekend. But I dont have any words that havent already been said or prayed. I dont think any of us can give them that except God. I can not make the wake or funeral services so I have been thinking of a way I could give honor to this boy who had a love for superheroes. I have decided to go into work tomorrow dressed as my favorite superhero in honor of Kasen McDow. After work-I will also be doing the official mensfitness lower body workout routine that Robert Downey Jr. did in preparation for the role of Iron Man. If anyone would like to join me in this dedication to his memory, please post your photos and comments here. I will post the routine below as well so you can do the same. My only hope is that my friends Kisha N Les McDow will feel the love of their community as well as their friends during this time. May God wrap His arms around you and that little man of steel.
