I have been training my core and glutes over the last two weeks and wanted to show you a great exercise to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings and core! Using the fit ball greatly increases the difficulty of the move by actively engaging the core. Give the fit ball single leg curl a try next time your at the gym! TIPS: Squeeze your glutes at the top of each rep. Pull your abs in and brace your core during the exercise. Keep your body in a straight line at the top of the exercise. Avoid letting your hips sag.
