I have been trying to stay away from social media for a few days and I must say it has been very refreshing. Getting caught up on the news feeds, news articles, etc., I see not much has changed. Neither have I when it comes to being vocal, so here goes... I dont care what the reason or what you call it; I do not want to hear one mention of a new fee or tax. Live within your means and if cuts must be made, then make them. I am sick of hearing about the need for taxes. Need money? Grab OMalley and beat it out of him! I see our President is still a jackass who has no respect for our Constitution. I may not have a size 12, but Id sure like to stick my foot in his ass. As we enter the 2015 Legislative Session in Annapolis next year, we are going to hear much about cuts and working together and facing challenges....we will hear this being said from some of our democrat state leadership. Give them a middle finger or two because they are part of the reason we are in this mess. Do not be fooled and do not give them a free pass. I still see we have a small group shouting about the LNG expansion...enough already. As I stated during the election...not a large enough group to affect the election. I support being a voice, but bring something new to the table. I support art galleries and salons being able to offer a glass of complimentary wine to their customers. Save the debate, I understand both sides. My position remains the same. Thank you. League of Women Voters....irrelevant more than ever. Next... Lets pay attention next year to the votes of our state officials in their committees and lets pay attention to the tactics they use. 2018 will be here before we know it. Start educating yourself now. I must say I am more than a bit concerned about the team that Hogan is putting together. I really hope I dont end up saying I told you so. Any individual that supported Common Core has no business being appointed to anything. Common Core is nothing but garbage and I will do my best ensure my granddaughter never attends public school in the United States. I still love the Redskins but just wish they would learn how to play football. Oh, and to those who still are fighting to get the name changed...well...I have two middle fingers for you..oh, wait, I think I can borrow one, too. Heres a box of tissues. And there you go.
