I have been watching the campaign trail. It is quite interesting. Both APC and the PDP are doing well. However, there is a deliberate attempt through intimidation of Southerners and Christians living in the North by APC supporters to make sure people dont vote the PDP. There have created a miasma of fright all around that anyone who vote Goodluck Jonathan will be attacked. A lot of Southerners and Christians would be living many places in the North before the election. The PDP should really talk about that. We cannot have one country when some people threaten Nigerians with mayhem if they vote the person they want in an election. I notice the excitement by some die-Hard Buharist when Sahara Reporters reported that drivers were afraid to drive PDP buses with Goodluck Jonathan posters to Kano because of fear of attack. Instead of condemn such some of these Buharists were excited. It is quite unfortunate. Some people have written that I have not condemned the attack on Bayelsa State APC office. I condemn all violence in totality but I must say the atmosphere of fear created in certain quarters is disturbing.
