I have been writing like a crazed person. I stayed on the ship - TopicsExpress

I have been writing like a crazed person. I stayed on the ship for Tahiti and Bora Bora because I wanted to write. I think maybe I got to the end of Ray’s part. It took a lot to tell his story, and I hope it isn’t too much for the novel. I need to tell what he sees so I can show Kathy’s side of it all. What I’m leading up to is telling a long story set in 1970 with Olivia and Kit. I look forward to it, but am also a bit scared of it. It’s a big job and a lot has to be in it. There was a show on the ship with Tahitian dancers. It was truly fabulous! I am sorry, sorry but I didn’t take my camera. I had no idea it was going to be so good — or the dancers so gorgeous. When the nearly naked young men walked onto the stage, the woman next to me gasped. I looked at her and nodded. They were a spectacular group! I went on an excellent tour on the island of Moorea. We had two guides, one Canadian and one American. They’re both married to Polynesian women and told us some great stories. This week is mostly sea days so that means writing. At the end of the week we get to Tonga. Next week is — hooray! — Australia. Love that country!! Where or what do you want to see in the world? Jude
