I have changed my idea about reforming the private corporate management of IMGRC enterprises by a MAT member election of executive board members. I now believe it may be more efficient to promote the executive managers such as the CFO, COO, and all MAT member and non-MAT member manager heads and incorporate them into the more broader responsibility of the soon to be private corporation IMGRC, Campgrounds, MATI, Ski Apache, and Real Estate development and buildings. If MAT members want it, because the tribal/federal government control these enterprises right now --not the MAT members! These MAT member and non-MAT member department head executives are doing a great job, they should be considered for their experience if we are looking for promotions that include a CEO and Vice-CEO that do not serve as our President and Vice-President. The MAT private corporation will be the beneficiary services of land proprietorship and dividends exclusively for MAT members. I personally feel including some NON-MAT MEMBERS into the executive board and management structure are an efficient and fair choice for their areas of experience and expertise. These are not MAT member share-holders and receive no dividends or have property but are faithful employees of MAT. These are discussion that are well within the scope of the ABCDs vision for financial liberty of MAT members and well within the boundaries of the free-enterprise capitalism. With careful planning, the potential to multiply our profit revenue EXPONENTIALLY is here. ~fred
