I have come a long way. Those of you that may have known me when I was drinking and drugging out of control SHOULD be able to see this. I know there will be those hat will act as though it`s nothing. But I would love to see someone, anyone speak up that was able to walk one day and shot and paralyzed the next and continue to be positive without seeking professional help. No real excuse to turn to those things, but can you blame me? Who out there that can honestly say they know they wouldn`t have? But, now I have made a completely turn around, yet I still get looks and people assume things. I really feel like telling those people what I would have back then, but I know my thoughts are much better than back then. Because I`ll stop and think before saying it. And I will not sink to their level and judge them. I have seen people that are so judgmental that they have the attitude that they will not associate with certain people because they don`t wear a certain type of clothing, but yet their speech isn`t up to par. They`ll laugh without control about how someone that they call a friend was in special education when they were in high school. But yet call themself a christian person. Then they wonder why I don`t have anything to say to them. Once I learned that I will no longer put up with those type of ways. I continued my journey to be a better person. Because looking back I was on the road before they came into my life. But God is back in control and I feel so blessed. Moral of this status: DO NOT HAVE NEGATIVE PEOPLE AROUND YOU, STAYING IN THE NEGATIVITY BECAUSE YOU FEEL OBLIGATED, LOVE OR ANY REASON THAT`S NOT BEING REAL TO YOUR OWN FEELINGS.
