I have come to conclusive remarks about our Justice System as I understand it. Frankly I am appalled by the sudden uproar about Oscars trail. Let us get one thing clear, killing is not a crime at all. If it was a crime Oscar would be sentenced to Jail, because we are all aware he killed Reeva, he admitted to the killing as well. Now killing with an intent is a crime which can be defined as murder. The state failed to prove that Oscar murdered Reeva. Its not Judge Masipas fault that evidence provided was not sufficiently beyond reasonable doubt that Oscar intended to kill. I think people are confusing things here, did Oscar kill Reeva? Yes, did Oscar murder Reeva? We dont know... Now we cannot risk sending an innocent person to jail. #ThatsTheLawAsItStands
