I have come to discovered that the reason a lot of our youths are jobless today, is because they have receiving mentality. Everybody is thinking of how they can get from the Government and people. I had instance whereby I had to make a presentation to a multinational corporation and it was meant to be a formal presentation. But I was surprised when I got there it was turned into an informal discussion. I ended up not doing the presentation. Rather, they asked me to tell them the role I will like them to play at my proposed programme and that I should also send them the programme bill. What Ive come to discovered before you conclude that is luck, is that the relationship has been nurtured and I have invested a lot into it prior to that meeting. I have offered them what would have cost them a fortune for free and in return they are ready to include the vision in their long term budget. One of the best secret of success I have been practising that has worked for me, is GIVING. I always look forward to help people and I thank God I work with a team that has the same philosophy. The government have a need, even those we consider to be very rich and that includes great companies. When you meet people think about what you can give not what you can get. When you are a giver, doors of opportunities will always open unto you. Kehinde Olagbenjo
