I have decided after a very tough decision, to close this page down tomorrow at noon. (for real this time). Having this page for the last 2 years has been absolutely amazing. I have met and been inspired by thousands of you and I have had so much fun inspiring all of you too. I have had the opportunity to meet many of you and help a lot of you though your stroke or other ailment recovery. I am so thankful to be apart of that. 2014 was my fearless year- 5 Half Marathons, my first 18 miler then onto my FASTEST half Marathon just 2 days out of the hospital, My first Tough Mudder and my first 200 mile Relay Race as a Ragnarian and my first time meeting my Irun4 buddy in Las Vegas and running him through his first half marathon. The year I became an Angel with My Team Triumph and of course the year I decided I was just so FRICKEN FABULOUS that I ran a MARATHON WITH MY HUSBAND~ But as I have said before, even just last week; after training for 4 months then running a marathon and a half marathon less than a week apart, my body has had a hard time recovering.Thats the thing about having an invisible illness and disability... no one sees what really happens behind closed doors and the pain we really endure. The raw truth about living with a disability and the invisible side effects... Nobody realizes that some people expend tremendous energy merely to live a mostly normal life. But the truth is Im exhausted. I am human and I cannot constantly be that inspiring person. Even more importantly, over the last year I have spent so much time blogging, Facebooking and running that my husband and daughter have really been in the back ground. Theyve dealt with my crazy training schedule, race schedule, lack of focus on them because of my blogging and they deserve to have me, the wife and mom back. 2015 will be my year to get my family healthier and work on bettering myself though alternative ways. I will continue to run for fun. If you would like to stay in contact with me theres a few different ways. 1. You can email me here notfastjustfabulous@gmail 2. Sign up for my blog updates here notfastjustfabulous/ 3. Add me to your facebook here https://facebook/krazybroad I cant thank all 6,500+ of you enough for all you have done for me. Our disabilities, differences and uniqueness do not define who we are. Please understand that there is a time for everything. Mrs. Fabulous
