I have decided to ask my employees what their main careers/goals and dreams are, am running a program called working 360, where you work on your dream and at the same time work for the company / current position ....the first in the interview told me he is a dancer by profession , told him to dance while he works and so on and so forth, if you find yourself in the situation most of us are in , where you are working on a different path than that of your dream , just try use your dreams to make your working better. e.g , u are a Logistics manager but your dream is to be a fashion designer, be creative on how you stack your warehouse, options are endless. Work positive, live positive be positive. Stay 100
