I have decidedly mixed-feelings about this Re-Imagined version of the Leonard Cohen Classic Hallelujah for, though I am both Judeo-Christian (With an admittedly Evolving Progressive Interfaith Viewpoint by Point-of-Origin Backstory, Personal Choice, and Evolutionary Design!), I kind of liked that Cohens Version was sort of Religious Early History/Pre-History Non-Denomenational Flavored. This version of the song, though it is quite lovely, is, in essence, basically a Christian Hijacking of The Song and like Islam and Judaisms mistaken belief that they and their people are The Only Game In Town, Christianity suffers a similar misconception. I am also growing rather tired of all Major World Religions Theological Dishonesty about their Origins, Similarities, and Unwillingness to Coexist + Work-Together. That said, enjoy the song.
