I have deliberately remained mum on what is happening on campus - TopicsExpress

I have deliberately remained mum on what is happening on campus regarding structures which are to take part on the coming elections of the SRC. This is because I do not support any structures existing in campus to date. However, I have a legal responsibility not to be quite when injustice is premeditated. I have seen with great disappointment letters distributed to respective structures by the out gone SRC outlining the terms of reference for eligibility to contest elections. I must say this without fear, the out gone SRC has acted ultra virus and their action thereof is embarrassing. They do not have any legal substantive power whatsoever to give terms to any structure to be eligible to contest this coming elections. The letters distributed to the structures concerned should be given a status of a toy and never be taken serious. It was just a waste of resources. What my former colleagues did was an intention to debar the lately conceived structure from taking part and wont succeed. A reasonable assumption for this unreasonable attempt is because the said structure pose a serious threat to them; they are afraid for a competition that is above their standard in terms of reasoning and articulation. A term that a structure should have a confirmation from its upper body is frivolous, vague and embarrassing. This submission is on the basis that these elections are for students and no one else who is not a student is eligible to take part in anyway with exception to custodians. For any injustice I avail myself to fight it. Your plan shall never work, at least not as long as Im here! Regulations shall govern the elections and not mala fide political agendas. #WildAnimal *I write what I like*
