I have endured the pains and humiliation of being a 400 to 630 lb man for over 25 years ...The damages to my one shot at life have been devastating ... The pain physical ,emotional and mental are horrible ,not just to me, but all who loved me....At the core of this self afflicted hell is my hardcore addiction to sugar...Made worse by misinformed data that looms ubiquitous..... we as a culture dont know jack about food addiction ...Sugar is the most addictive substance in the world!!! It is so manipulative and soul consuming it probably cant be beaten.....Its well meaning ,but completly misinformed defenders are minions of its evil....I will keep trying to defeat it and I will answer to everyone who reaches out to me for help in their battle against carbohydrate poisoning if I fail....God help those who try to stop the Revolution.... ( I feel better now.... say and think what you want ......I aint your boss ...I dont know squat either ....I just dont want to die)
