I have finally made the perfect chocolate chip cookie! Thats right ... merely 45 years of trying and I finally got it right. So baked about 10 dozen last night with more still in the fridge to be baked. I called them kitchen sink chocolate chip cookies because I put coconut and pecan pieces in them ... plus Crisco and butter, baking soda and cornstarch, lots of chips and chill for at least 8 hours before baking 20 min. @ 250. They are soft, chewy, and out of this world! Many thanks to Robert Pace for his suggestions.
