I have finished proofing the proofing copy of my book.... I found 34 nit picky (and frustrating) mistakes...missing words, missing period etc. this book has been edited five times ... And I still found mistakes. If you ever doubt that ordering a proofing copy is the right thing to do... Dont doubt it. The manuscript reads completely different in book form than it does on the computer! Although I am annoyed with myself there are mistakes, I am glad that I took the time to do this extra round...
