I have finished the book Once Upon A Time: Elvis and Anita. So endearing. What a wonderful yet painfully sad love story of an American icon and his sweet Little Bitty girlfriend, who just happens to be Drakes mamaw. Who turns Elvis down when he asks her on a first date? Who tells Elvis he must come to the door to greet her if he expects to date her? Who refuses the first kiss of Elvis Presley? Who leaves Elvis speechless time and time again? Who would Elvis Presley EVER be a back-up singer for? Who would reclaim a gift she gave to Elvis right out from under his nose as a sign of a anger with him...and use Elvis own car and secret security clearance to get it back? Who would ever call-out Elvis on his inappropriate behavior and who dumps The King? Who could Elvis Presley never forget....right up to the months before his death? You must read the book to know who. ....please stay a bit longer Little...its been so good to talk about old times....
