I have five more days to go on this a advocare diet ...The 24 days is flying by !I am at 23 lbs , but better than the weight loss is the fact that I feel ten times better..Lost the tightness in the chest..I think that the 23lbs is a lot to lose with really never being that hungry....I know the next 25 lbs will be the test...It might even deflate my balls !!!But that is the challenge that I am apparently UP for!!!This is a good diet , the easiest I have ever lost weight...Thanks again Rick Rockelli and Cathy Kathy Cheatham Gloer and Jon Gloer !!!
