I have forged great friendships with some people I would never have expected and lost others who I thought would be around forever. As I get older, hone my skills and focus my attention and resources on what matters I notice my friends and acquaintances begin to dwindle..some on purpose some casualties of varying paths..Saturday nights no longer trigger a self-actualizing desire to go to a bar and validate my social standing. They consist of textbooks, multiple cups of coffee and deep thought. For those loved ones who feel betrayed, left behind, ignored or abandoned and think my distance is rooted in superiority and arrogance..when I realize my vision I just hope Im forgiven. I do this for you too.
