I have found property that is perfectly located to build a GREAT gun range. It now boils down to if my financial backer can help me with the initial purchase of this land. It is over seven acres, but a whole lot of it will not be useable because it is way too vertical. There is plenty of room to build a TERRIFIC gun range and I absolutely am in love with the location. My realtor buddy is going to see about coming up with the boundaries of this ground, I have to talk to money person and I also have to check on what it will take insurance wise, and what hoops I must jump through to meet any and all requirements of Warrick County and the State of Indiana. I hate to get too excited, but this has been a dream of mine for over 30 years and I am so close to realizing it. Several things have to come together for it to all work out, but if it does, I could have Phase One of the WARRIOR DYNAMICS Training Facility open for business by the first of the year. I will talk to the Warrick County Building Commission and the DNR next week to see what they can tell me about getting a gun range approved. Keep your fingers crossed. Does anyone know about ho much it costs to cut grass with a bush hog per acre? I am trying to get a feel for grass cutting maintenance.
