I have found that many people who start a new business often fail because they are not able to duplicate the success of their sponsor or leaders. Whats worse is that many people who are genuinely interested in succeeding are not receiving the attention they need when they first start. This is because their sponsor may be too busy or may have only been interested in just getting many people to join their business. The problem is many sponsors themselves often lack the ability to train and support others because they have not had the training.
