I have found this teaching and will be sharing it on my page through its completion. It is no big secret that I have been through this very thing over the past year. I will not attack my former church or sisters and brothers in Christ who still call that their home church. But, I WILL be publicly transparent about it through this teaching as many people have made assumptions about me and I think that we are all mature enough to admit we are ALL just imperfect people striving to be like a perfect God. We will make mistakes but as long as we learn from them and seek Gods perfect will in all the fall out then everything else can be forgivable, unintentional, collateral damage, if we will allow ourselves to look at it through the eyes of Grace. My broken heart is being healed and I pray for healing for others in the body of Christ that has a place and purpose in the kingdom. I rejoice over the sweet memories and the victories that God won for and in my family during our time there. This blog written by Natalie Snapp outlines specifically the plan I have been following on my own personal healing journey. Her authentic truths are both salve to my ailing soul AND conviction to my heart. I pray that if there are corners of your heart that hide those bits of pain and yes, even bitterness, that you will join me in this journey.
