I have found written frameworks or tests to be invaluable in helping keep my positions focused, objective and reasonable. Having these help ensure that you are acting, not reacting. When engaging in any communication or other serious matter, I pull out my various framework flowcharts and test them against certain criteria. Will it give Narcissistic Supply? g. Will it be costly either emotionally or financially and is it worth the price? IF yes, proceed. If not THEN revise. In the case of Recurring instances are there ways to minimize future instances should or when they occur?
