I have friends that will pray with me, will crawl into my bed and let me snot cry on them, will fly across the US to get to me (us)... If they cant come they will send ones that can... I have friends that will take pictures of pages of books (a whole book today ;) to remind me of things that can slip my mind or tell me something new and perfectly accurate for what my heart needs to hear. I have friends that are still in their darkest hours that squeeze out what little light they have in my direction...I have a husband that is my best friend... Its easy to forget in this era of social media that real life friends, with skin and reality are here and KNOW you through and through and love you regardless.... I am making a point of spending time with those people... Making a point to meet with people that have become dear to me throughout the FB years... Life is too short to hide behind FB... To not be real... Snotty cries are way better buried in the shirt of a BFF than over a keyboard or an iPhone any day. I LOVE my friends that are family.
