I have gotten myself into the habit of doing one day of weights at the gym, the next day a mostly cardio routine, the next day a yoga practice, then a day off. I love how I get a variety. It keeps things fun and I dont overdo one area that way. When I dont have time to hit a yoga class, I really enjoy this instructor.
