I have great admiration for Avraham and what he still brings to the world. I feel particularly blessed and connected to Avraham because I had several visionary visitations by Avraham. The first occurred once during Rosh Hashanah as I sat in total silence in 2003. The energy of Avraham flowed into me and inspired me to share the truth of the One of the heavens and earth, of the One who is the spark of the creation in all and the truth of enlightenment for all peoples. A second daylight vision occurred during my aliyah ceremony in 2007, while I sat, without food and water, for seventy-two hours in a cave-cliff setting near Arad, deep in the Judean Desert. Avraham appeared for a minute in silence, just long enough to identify himself and to nonverbally communicate his essence into me.
