I have great news for ANYONE who hates cellphone companies !!! This is what Ive sent.. Im currently creating a list of webpages and regulatory groups to which Ill forward all my previous communications. Read and ENJOY.. Ive previously done the things youve asked of me re: pre auth chequing etc..and I really dont want to do it again 2 months later. Im just not gonna spend another day of MY time fixing this problem myself this should be a simple case of you reversing the actions previous taken by Rogers employees and given that Ive given this company my information more that a few times I refuse to repeat myself. I dont see much effort by Rogers to expediently fix my issues so my only recourse is to return my phone etc.. and cancel my account for good. Ive always encountered struggles with Rogers and these recent events have not improved my views. I need to report these things as well. Ill let you know that Im going to report the unauthorized credit checks and forward this information on to legal council as it is unbelievable, and illegal to have done these things without consent. You can be sure to find the account of this experience later this week on several web resources: theverge, gizmodo, mobilesyrup, cnet, gsmarena as well as with your PR groups, Twitter, Facebook, and Canadian regulatory bodies. Being that none of the terms of the agreement have been met by Rogers, the items i.e. (Samsung S5, Gear 2 Neo) will be sent COD to your closest Rogers branch with all the details enclosed I will ONLY be paying for the previous 2 months service at what my previous plan was before your team managed to mess this up being that Ive received nothing but billing mistakes I cant be sure your team is competent in that department either. Ill be working the rest of the day so I might not be able to respond by email. I would however like a response.
