I have had a lot of questions asking what a Beach Body Coach is so here goes . A coach is there to keep you accountable , to help you through the bad days and celebrate with you on the good days, a coach does not have all the answers but they have a huge support group of other coaches they can ask and usually find the answers to your questions for you . A coach is there to help you with meals and work outs and find one that is best suited for your personal needs , to help you set goals and help you achieve them! People who want to be coaches have one thing in common they want to help, yes it is a stay at home job and it can be financially rewarding but the biggest reward is helping someone work towards their goal! So there it is a Beach Body Coach in a nutshell!
