I have had an awesome warm & fuzzy day amidst our working towards making our TN house a home. First, I was reconnected with our very dear friend, former preacher & the man who married Pat & I, Fred Cope!! We have been searching the last few years & unable to locate him & viola~ today he connected w/us on FB!!😆 He lives in Nashville, so we will definitely get together & rehash the old days!! Second, we had our first real visitor stop by today!! Deb Ellenburg, one of Pats cousins by marriage & her new husband David. We had a wonderful visit & talked about the good ole days in Michigan when we were first married!! We will be visiting the church they attend, but it looks like we may have found our new church home, as well!! Of course, we still have our old church home back at Clay City, too😃 We also got a call from our Realtor & the bank is going back to the appraiser for more comps & to have him appraise it as a ranch style house, not just a modular (the way it should have been done to start with). So hopefully it will come back closer to our asking price, not $14K less!! Prayers would be greatly appreciated! ! Fencing is laid out, posts & concrete ready for morning😊
