I have had an email about a lovely music festival in Horley. Here is part of the text "If you wish to make more of a weekend [from Friday 28th] indulging in Chamber Music, don’t forget the Ironstone Chamber Music Festival in Horley Church, near Banbury where you can hear the likes of Viv McLean, Lucy and Kate Gould, Simon Blendis and Lily Francis. There are to be three concerts, on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7.30 p.m., and also a Lunchtime concert of Chopin piano music by Viv McLean on Saturday 1.00 p.m. Works to be heard include String Quartets by Beethoven and Haydn, and Piano Quintets by Schumann and Dvorák. Genuine Hungarian Goulash with Hungarian Wine cooked by Hungarians resident in the village after the evening performances. Tickets are still available."
