I have had many people questioning my posts, but this one takes the cake. This moron asks me whether Pakistanis had changed their FB status to a blank cover when Bombay shoot out happened? Why should I feel so bad for the innocent children killed in Peshawar? We have looney elements on both sides. It is just that the looney on our side are impotent people shouting from the confines of TV studios indulging in verbal diarrhoea to score some nationalistic points. In terms of intention to harm, they are no less. On both sides, it is the innocent 98% that suffer and pay a price. And I dont compete with the lowest of the low looney elements on either side. I feel the pain of every innocent person killed in national interest of the other side. In fact, I consider acts of violence in national interest to be an act of fooling people by governments incapable of delivering welfare to people. The greater the failure in governance, the greater the patriotic war cry. I want every state policy to protect innocent people, any where in the world. I am not for geo politics harming innocent people. Let hatred target hatred only if they are capable of identifying them out. Let love beget love. Let us cry for all those who suffer for no fault of theirs. Let us bring down any one who harms innocent people by any state or non-state actor. Because if we let this continue, the next target will be you and me; and it will still be condoned and justified in national interest.
