I have had many questions about the TDC so I have tried to address most of them here. First and foremost the TDC is a nutrition based program. The TDC is an excellent way to learn how to choose, prepare and put together your meals and snacks, while maintaining proper portion control. You will eat proteins, carbs and fats at every meal and for your daily snacks. For all 28 days of the TDC the daily menus, recipes and grocery shopping lists are provided for you. For all 28 days of the TDC there are 3-5 choices for each menu. You choose your menus, then shop and prepare. You can prepare enough for you or if you are in charge of feeding the family adjust the recipes accordingly so your family will benefit from nutritious, healthy and delicious meals! There are also Grab and Go as well as vegan options. At the end of the challenge you will have 40-50 recipes in your binder! Some of the recipes from the last TDC included grilled chicken fruit salad, vegetable lasagna, stuffed steak pinwheels, herbed beef tenderloins, lemon chive flaky fish, deli-turkey-cheese-roll-up’s, berry protein smoothie, banana cake muffins, etc. The list is extensive and impressive. The recipes change and are seasonal with each TDC. Now of course I encourage everyone to exercise and I even throw in a weekly cardio session as well as a power walk with me for each week of the TDC. If you want other exercise options just let me know. Exercise along with the proper nutrition will enhance your results! So grab a friend, family member, co-worker or plan on meeting new people registration is now open! The cost from now until August 20th $199.00, August 21st-September 1st $229.00, after September 1st $239.00 To register or for more details a2getfit/takedown-challenge/ Commit to Get Fit, Debra
