I have had multiple experiences with Comcast that rival this one. Outsourced calls with reps that dont speak English, cant answer questions, dont understand caller needs, and are overall horrible (Even their stateside reps). Not to mention dropped calls when transferring between depts. and having to start the whole terrible process over, time after time. Ive had billing issues, connectivity problems for the first month in our new house, and had a terrible experience each time I had to call in to resolve an issue that Comcast caused. We need Utopia or something that can compete because Comcasts monopoly on internet speeds allows them to behave this way and get away with it
