I have had psoriasis for the past 20 years! I have struggled with meds! Embrel worked for about 5 years until I became immune to it. Just started methotrexate and Im in serious pain. I also have psoriatic arthritis. For along time I had no insurance so medicine was out of the question. Just trying to peel potatoes or shop for groceries is rough. Im only 36 and I feel I shouldnt be this bad off. No one in my family has this! I am so embarrassed by this I wear long pants and shirts in 100 degree weather. People can be mean. I cant take the stares or explaining all the time that its not contagious! Glad to be here where I have someone with the similar condition to talk to!
