I have had so many problems with the dealership in Saline BILL CRISPIN CHEVROLET I heard on TV months ago that my car had a recall on Ignition switch..when I called they said I had to wait untill I got recall letter..OK I got it about 6 weeks ago..I called but they said they dont have the part in yet. Monday I got a E-mail from Crispin chevrolet saying I need to make appointment to get this fixed so I call & a lady in service department by name of DOMINIQUE said they havent been notified of this recall... REALLY???? Everybody in the United States know about this recall & the E-mail I got was from this same person. She was rude and talked down to me like I was the stupid one.....So done with this place...The last time we got oil change it took over a week to get appointment and then it took 2 hours of waiting there. we now go to Milan dealer & get treated like a customer should.
