I have had some repeat bars again and what is interesting with the the Rogue/in the yellow package is on the back it origin Akesson Estate/Madagascar and I can say I have met the bean maker himself-Bertil who is very nice and I will say that both bars are good once I put the picture up.So creamy. I am slowly coming to terms with Mott death the owner of the Grenada Chocolate Company. I will miss running into him at the different shows and this man has such passion for what he was doing. I also just ordered some bars from Costa Rica from a company called Nahua and when i get the bars will write more about them. I ordered the plain dark ones. Another discovery while on The Chocolate Life website and saw the picture of the company and bar and started researching and now ordering for myself and some other clients. End of June is big for chocolate between the International Chocolate awards,FCIA event with much chocolate energy and yes there will be chocolate there,besides meeting the different people in the industry and hearing what is going on this chocolate girl will be tasting some chocolate and will bring some home to share with some other chocolate people and then the fancy food show,which I have already looked up the chocolate companies and excited to be able to meet the makers and yes try the chocolate and refill my box again for it is very low.
