I have heard it all now. Annual physical yesterday including blood work. Of course I heard about losing a little weight but what came next was quite unexpected. Low sodium levels from drinking to much water and not enough salt intake. I have been on a guilt trip forever about my salt intake so the hell with that. Will drink a little more gatorade, add a little more salt and try to get it in balance with Crown Royal. Go figure. Hag a nice 140 mile ride through Darrington and Sedro Woolley. 15 head of elk a mile out of Sedro. New snow on Glacier Peak and Sauk Mountain. Still hoping for some good riding weather as I am 500 miles shy of 10,000 for 2013.
