I have heard people say that they would vote for a pay freeze if it means keeping their jobs. I totally agree, but for those EBAs that are closed already it means a vote to reopen them. So before you vote yes, just remember that once the EBA is back open, everything is back open for negotiation, not just the pay increase. So think about everything else that you have fought hard to get over the years and ask if you are prepared to put it all at risk. Do you 100% trust QF to just negotiate on that matter???
