I have heard that the city of Sikeston has bought the golf course and is turning it into a Horse trail! Has anyone else heard this? An may I ask just how many people will use it? Also the city has bought the old walmart place beside Dairy Queen! And plans on spending a couple hundred thousands if not more to tear it down! And to business that operate there told them tearing the building down is a better income for them than to have it standing and they have till June 1st to move! Now with that i feel the city should offer the business people another place to move to instead of throwing them out! Now have been informed this from someone: Also dickie dockins the third has bought out the trailer lots on harry st across from quick check all people and trailers are to be gone by may 30. The street will be renamed dockins drive and 116 thousand dollar houses will be built there for sale. I rented there and had to move already.the rich get richer and disabled get dissed!!! Unquote
